Details of Assignment:
10 hour shift guarantee
Call hours 7pm-7am or 5:30pm-7am. 20 minute beeper calls
Some supervision and performing own cases
Case Mix: Peds, General, Ortho, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, Additional Cases, Cardiac, Endo and vascular, GYN, and Pain.
Need proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
EMR - EPIC
Active Illinois license
Credentialing takes 60-90 days
ACLS, BLS, PALS
