Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation Model:
Tiered collections-based structure that scales with productivity. High reimbursement rates and exceptional collections ensure outstanding earning potential.
Guaranteed Start:
Monthly guarantee of $33,333 or the tiered collections amount whichever is higher for the first year, ensuring financial confidence as you ramp up.
Debt Assistance:
To ease the transition, the practice provides $2,000/month for the first 12 months to help offset student loan repayment during the ramp-up period.
Relocation Assistance:
Available and negotiable based on individual needs.
CE Support:
Annual $2,500 Continuing Education allowance to support travel, advanced training, and course fees.
