ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Start Date: Sept 1st-Ongoing
- Schedule: M-TH or M-Fri
- Hours: 8AM-5PM, 1 hour lunch, Fridays 8AM-2 or 3PM
- Avg Patients/day: 35-50
- Ages: 100% peds
- Cases: stainless steel crowns, filings, pulpotomies, prophy s, simple extractions, Some space maintainers (not required)
- EMR: Dentrix
- Credentialing: 1 week
- Travel and lodging for eligible candidates
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Active SC License
- Medicaid enrolled
