Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications


Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in North Port, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level provider who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care.


The ideal candidate will have experience in Value-Based Care or Managed Care. We are looking for someone who can provide compassionate and comprehensive care in a supportive and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:




  • Provide comprehensive patient care through diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.




  • Conduct patient assessments, order diagnostic tests, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans.




  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management.




  • Educate patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments.




  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with compliance standards.




  • Participate in care coordination efforts, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care.




Qualifications:




  • Valid and unrestricted PA or NP license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain).




  • National Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.




  • Experience with Value-Based Care or Managed Care preferred.




  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
