Flexible coverage 1 to 2 consecutive weeks per month
Inpatient & Outpatient mix 70% inpatient, 30% outpatient
Monday Friday, 8 AM 4:30 PM Morning inpatient rounds, afternoon clinic (1 PM 4 PM, Mon Thurs)
24-hour call coverage (Monday 7 AM Monday 7 AM)

Manage at least 5 outpatients per day
