Description: Pay: From ss35,000.00 per year Job description: Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across 3 Hotels within our group. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams effectively. As a Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive work environment. Duties - Lead and manage the operations of multiple Hotels within the region, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Supervise and mentor Hotel managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and development.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all locations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff members.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Prepare reports on regional performance for senior management, highlighting successes and challenges.
Experience - Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a multi-site environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising staff and managing performance effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
