Facility Maintenance Technician

Glacial Plains Cooperative is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team in De Graff, MN (about 80 miles southwest of St. Cloud). In this role you will be performing a variety of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance and repairs. This will include general facility maintenance as well as grain equipment, basic warehouse maintenance, robot maintenance, and basic cleaning. This position is essential in maintaining the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our De Graff facilities.

We are a respected local ag-service cooperative in west-central Minnesota, with divisions in agriculture, energy, feed, retail, and maintenance. With approximately 110 full- and part-time employees, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our patrons and supporting the strength and growth of our farming communities.

What you will be doing:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on facility systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using tools and diagnostic equipment
• Complete repairs and upkeep for agricultural and energy-related facilities
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Support feed and retail operations by ensuring functional and safe environments
