What You'll Do At BCG, the continuous personal and professional development of our consultants is a top priority. As a Working Student in the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you'll support the delivery of high-quality training experiences across Central Europe. You'll work alongside an experienced and collaborative team to help ensure our trainings run smoothly - both behind the scenes and occasionally on site. From logistics coordination to data support, your contribution will help shape the learning journey of our consulting staff.

What You'll Bring
Who You'll Work With You will work in a highly motivated team of fourteen event coordinators and colleagues working on training content, spread across five countries. Our teamwork is characterized by helpfulness, mutual respect, and trust. In addition, you will be in close exchange with the European and global Learning & Development teams as well as the local HR teams. Through the various interfaces, you will gain interesting insights into all Learning & Development and HR areas. You will report to the Central Europe Learning & Development Manager, who will also support you during your onboarding and further development within the company.
