What You'll Do

At BCG, the continuous personal and professional development of our consultants is a top priority. As a Working Student in the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you'll support the delivery of high-quality training experiences across Central Europe. You'll work alongside an experienced and collaborative team to help ensure our trainings run smoothly - both behind the scenes and occasionally on site. From logistics coordination to data support, your contribution will help shape the learning journey of our consulting staff.

• Assist with the preparation and follow-up of training programs for our consulting teams


• Support in creating and updating participant lists, preparing training materials, and ensuring the training setup is ready


• Help manage and track training feedback and assist with basic analysis


• Maintain training data in internal systems (e.g., team calendar and training database)


• Support with day-to-day administrative tasks and training coordination


• Take care of training equipment, ensuring everything is in working condition


• Occasionally support trainings on site (e.g., room setup, welcoming trainers/participants)

You're good at

• You bring strong organizational and administrative skills and a service-oriented mindset


• You work reliably, with attention to detail, and can adapt when plans change


• You're a team player who enjoys working with people across different locations


• You have a hands-on mentality and are happy to step in wherever support is needed


• You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing (German and English)


• Ideally, you have some experience with event coordination

What You'll Bring

• You are enrolled at a (locational) college or university.


• You've already completed internships or otherwise acquired practical work experience in the field of HR.


• You're able to work proficiently with the software in the MS Office package and have a natural aptitude for tools.


• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills complete your profile.

Who You'll Work With

You will work in a highly motivated team of fourteen event coordinators and colleagues working on training content, spread across five countries. Our teamwork is characterized by helpfulness, mutual respect, and trust. In addition, you will be in close exchange with the European and global Learning & Development teams as well as the local HR teams. Through the various interfaces, you will gain interesting insights into all Learning & Development and HR areas. You will report to the Central Europe Learning & Development Manager, who will also support you during your onboarding and further development within the company.
