Licensed Independent Mental Health Provider

This full-time position located on site in Columbus, NE, requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, five days a week. The successful candidate will deliver direct mental health services to individuals diagnosed with various mental and behavioral health conditions within an outpatient clinic environment. As a part of our dedicated treatment team, you will collaborate closely with our psychiatrist to implement evidence-based mental health services. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and care. Additionally, you will be responsible for initiating and coordinating necessary referrals for healthcare, social services, and relevant community resources that align with the needs of the patient and their families. We require candidates to possess a current Nebraska license as an Independent Mental Health Provider (LIMHP) and have a Master s degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
