- Location: Decatur, IL
- Weekday: 8am 5pm Onsite, PM Call
- Weekend: 8am 12pm Onsite, PM Call
- 1 Week per Month
- Patients per shift: 10-15 per shift (Outpatient scope on select mornings)
- EMR: Cerner/powerchart
- Client will cover travel/lodging expenses
- IL License Preferred (IMLS potentially considered)
