Position: Pediatrics Physician Assistant |
Description: We are seeking a dedicatedand compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to joinour well-established pediatric practice in Reading, PA. This full-time positionoffers a flexible 4-day work week and the opportunity to provide high-quality,continuity-focused care to children and families in a collaborative, supportiveenvironment.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: 3 days per weekfrom 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 1 extended day from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Seasonal Coverage:Approximately 7-8 Saturday shifts during peak winter months
- Patient Population: Newbornsthrough adolescents
- Team Environment: Workalongside experienced pediatricians, NPs/PAs, and nursing staff
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of$120,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience

Requirements:
- Completion of an accreditedNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- National certification as aPediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP or FNP with pediatric experience) orPhysician Assistant (PA-C)
- Current and unrestrictedlicense to practice in Pennsylvania
- Pediatric experiencepreferred (new graduates with strong pediatric rotations are welcome to apply)
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
