Schedule:Starting upon credentialing; Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Job Setting:Outpatient clinic
Type of Cases:Hematology/Oncology; no call or rounding
Credentialing:Must be fully credentialed prior to start; Indiana license and DEA required
Minimum Requirements for Consideration
Board Certifiedin Hematology/Oncology
Certifications:Must have active Indiana medical license and DEA
Licensure:Must hold Indiana license at time of presentation
