Description: Adelphi is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide services to patients at inpatient rehabilitation facility in Roswell NM. The ideal candidate will provide services to neuro and ortho patients and maintain high patient satisfaction e.

Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services focused on neuro and orthopedic rehabilitation in an inpatient setting
- Document patient progress using EMR system (Avatar) with detailed, text-based SOAP notes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and post-discharge care to support successful transitions
- Maintain compliance with facility, Joint Commission, and CMS standards for care delivery and documentation
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and support the facility's high patient satisfaction goals
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and performance improvement initiatives as needed
- Any other duties as may be assigned
