Description: Adelphi is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide services to students at a school in Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate will deliver in-person assessment, direct therapy, and consultation to students ages 322, supporting fine/gross-motor skills, self-care, sensory-motor development, and school participation in alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current and valid license from the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with children with physical, developmental, and/or learning disabilities
- Must be fluent in or willing to work with ASL interpreters; ASL fluency preferred
- Proficient in developing and following IEP guidelines, and collaborating with IEP teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct OT assessments and write reports with findings, recommendations, and potential therapy goals.
- Provide direct therapy and consultation as determined by IEP team decisions.
- Develop and present annual OT goals and objectives during IEP meetings.
- Maintain therapy plans and deliver quarterly progress reports.
- Consult with teachers and staff on strategies and materials.
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings.
- Comply with all state-mandated requirements regarding confidentiality, data protection, and safety.
- Provide services in compliance with established guidelines and standards of care.
- Any other duties as assigned.
