Description: Adelphi is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide services at a facility in Joliet, Illinois. The ideal candidates will collaborate with other care team members to provide nursing care to patients while ensuring adherence to standards of care and practice.

Requirements:

- Provide nursing care to patients within the scope of licensure.
- Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards and regulations.
- Follow through with established treatment plans.
- Maintain reports of patients medical histories and monitor changes in their condition.
- Adhere with the protocols, norms, rules and regulations of the facility in order to maintain complete medical records.
- Maintain hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures.
