City: Middlesboro State: KY Start Date: 2025-09-01 End Date: 2025-12-01 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 9 Hours Day shift Description: Pulmonology- looking for 15 days/mo coverage willing to split between providersOutpatient ClinicMonday-Friday 8-5pm w/ beeper call mostly consults10-12 patients per day low volume could see up to 20Critical Care- vent mgmt no sleep studiesBread and Butter pulmonology No Major procedures these cases would be sent to their main location.60 days to credential- all must be payor enrolled Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00 Notes: N/A 1099 Pay Rate: $276.90 Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
