Pediatric Neuropsychologist Locum Tenens Job in Central Florida

J+C is working with a Medical Group in Central Florida seeking a Pediatric Neuropsychologist on a locum tenens basis to help address a growing patient backlog at a neurology office. This opportunity offers the chance to support a high-volume clinic that serves medically complex pediatric patients.

Assignment Details:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (no weekends)
Setting: Onsite at an Orlando-based neurologist office (no telehealth options)
Patient Population: Pediatric (infant through adolescent); must be comfortable working with medically complex cases and patients with autism
Workload: Approximately 5 intakes, testings, and feedback sessions per week
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Duration: Ongoing need while catching up on a patient backlog

Requirements:

Licensed Psychologist in Florida
Fellowship or extensive experience in Pediatric Neuropsychology
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy clinical environment
Strong communication skills for collaboration with medical staff and families

Additional Notes:

Preference for candidates who are already local to Central Florida, but open to discussing travel and lodging support for the right provider
While one provider with limited availability is ideal, the team may consider two providers to split the coverage
