Description: Adelphi is seeking Occupational Therapy Technicians to provide services to students at a school district in Jasper, Texas. The ideal candidates will support the Occupational Therapy department by performing non-clinical tasks to ensure a smooth operation; including assisting with preparing materials, assisting with equipment, and providing general support to the therapy team.Job Quick Facts: ID: BD-1082-09 Profession: Occupational Therapy Technician Location: Jasper, Texas Facility Type: School Job Type: Contract Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-3:30pm (Specific schedule TBC) Rate: $15/hrRequirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience with working with children in some capacity is preferred.Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and supplies. Assist in setting up therapy rooms and ensuring a safe environment. Help with the transport of students to and from therapy sessions. Provide administrative support including scheduling and organizing records. Assist the Occupational Therapist in carrying out specific treatment tasks as instructed. Maintain cleanliness and order in therapy areas. Any other duties as assigned.
