The opportunity: •Strong leadership allows you the autonomy to build your practice how you want. •Practice a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology with a strong population of younger, diverse families. •Flexible 4-day work week, reasonable 1:4 shared call, and 6 weeks PTO. •Enjoy a newly renovated facility includes two brand new birthing suites, postpartum rooms, and a Da Vinci robot. •Part-time employment available. Compensation Details: •Base Salary Range: $360,000 - $425,000. •Guaranteed, ongoing base salary to $400K+ and a significant production bonus. •$150K sign-on bonus, $250K+ student loan repayment, plus relocation and other incentives. Executive-level benefits include health insurance, 401k, annual CMEs, and a strong retirement match.
