Position: Physician / Illinois / Permanent / Locums - Gastroenterologist opportunity in southwestern Illinois |
Description: Locums - A great group is seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist to assist with coverage at least 2 weeks per month right off the Mississippi River in southwestern Illinois.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist
- Start ASAP for ongoing need
- Mon-Fri schedule; 4 days in GI lab, 1 day in clinic w/ some rounding as needed
- Overnight call schedule
- Adult patient population
- Approx 20 ppd in clinic; approx 12-13 cases per day in the lab
- minimum availability of 2 weeks per month (10 days) but full-time preferred
- Candidate must be able to perform scopes for bleeds, EGDs, routine colonoscopies and treat bleeds in the esophagus
- EMR EPIC
- IL license, DEA, CSR, ACLS, BLS, recent case logs
