- 7 on/7 off rotation 8-10 shifts per month 12-hour night shifts
- Average daily census of 16-17 patients
- Coverage includes ICU, medical surgical, behavioral health, and chemical dependency
- Adult inpatient admitting, attending, and consultation responsibilities
- Procedures encouraged but not required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
