4-Day Work Week - Hematology-Oncology Locums in Maryland
An established Maryland practice has an ongoing locums need for a Hematology-Oncology physician. This is a great opportunity for a long-term assignment that offers a predictable schedule, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

Practice Setting
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Sees an adult patient population
- Supported by an inpatient APP during clinic hours
Schedule
- Full-time coverage, four days per week
- Clinic hours with one day of IP consults and night call
- Weekend call is only every 4th weekend
Procedures and Cases
- General Hematology/Oncology cases
- Scheduled new and follow-up appointments
- Average volume of 12-15 patients per day
Requirements
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Must hold active BLS, DEA, and CSR
- A minimum of 36 months of experience is required
Credentialing Requirements
- Active Maryland medical license preferred
- This role is open to IMLC qualified physicians
- Credentialing support provided, timeframe is about 60 days
