BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist
to join our expanding practice of over 40 providers which includes 11 clinics in Duval, Clay and St. John s counties. Our physician-owned practice offers comprehensive hematology, oncology, and radiation services including on-site chemotherapy infusion suites, clinical trials, radiation therapy, radiopharmaceutical delivery, PET, CT, and MRI imaging, specialty lab services, social workers, nutritionists, financial counseling, and talented support staff. Experienced physicians as well as graduating fellows are encouraged to apply.

CSNF Physicians coordinate a course of treatment for cancer patients with the rest of their oncology team, which can include nurses, physician assistants, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, dietitians, radiologists, surgeons and pathologists.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and Hematology.
