  Types of Cases:General GI, Advanced Endoscopy preferred
• 
  Credentialing:90 days; no emergency privileges

• 
  Board Certified/Board Eligible:BC in Gastroenterology
• 
  Certifications:ACLS, BLS, DEA, SC CSR
• 
  Licensure:South Carolina license or willing to license
