Description: Job Opportunity: Gastroenterologist in Gainesville, GA Join a dynamic team at a leading gastroenterology practice located near the scenic Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Georgia. This facility is dedicated to providing cost-effective healthcare in a comfortable and compassionate environment. As part of a growing team of over 200 providers, you will contribute to delivering innovative, patient-centric digestive health care. Job Responsibilities: - Cover patients at Gainesville and Braselton Medical Offices.
- Work collaboratively within a team of 4 MD/DOs and 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Manage an average of 15-18 patients per day.
- Perform a variety of procedures including Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, and Telehealth.
- Participate in a Monday to Friday schedule with a 1:9 single hospital on-call rotation.
- Engage in continuous learning and receive opportunities for advancement within a well-established practice.
Qualifications: - Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (Required).
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology (Required).
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a Georgia medical license (Required).
- Clean malpractice history (Preferred).
- New graduates are encouraged to apply, with acceptance through 2025.
License and Certification Requirements: - GA medical license (or be willing to obtain one).
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Gastroenterology.
