Description: Job Title: Permanent Gastroenterologist Position Join a progressive healthcare facility located in Griffin, Georgia, where you will be a part of a dedicated team striving to provide exceptional patient care. The facility serves multiple locations, including Griffin and Locust Grove Medical Offices, and is within close proximity to vibrant communities like Peachtree City, Fayetteville, and McDonough. With Hartsfield-Jackson Airport less than 40 minutes away, you ll enjoy both a rewarding career and convenient access to travel. Job Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive gastrointestinal care to patients in a comfortable setting.
- Cover Griffin and Locust Grove Medical Offices.
- Work alongside a team of 3 MD/DOs and 4 clinic-based Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Manage approximately 15-18 patients per day.
- Participate in a 1:4 single hospital call schedule at Wellstar Spalding.
- Perform a range of services & procedures including Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, and more.
- Focus on providing innovative and patient-centric care.
- Participate in opportunities for professional advancement within the practice.
- Accept J1 and H1B visa candidates; sponsor filings will be handled by the practice.
- Consider new graduates through 2025 and those previously Board Certified who wish to reinscribe (case-by-case basis).
Qualifications: - Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
- Active Georgia medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Clean malpractice history preferred.
License and Certification Requirements: - Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine - REQUIRED

- Georgia medical license (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
