Description: Job Category: Hiring Event Job ID: 139834 Facility Group: Norton System Services Job Description Responsibilities The Human Resources Manager acts as a consultant for leaders on building a culture of equity, inclusion and belonging while serving as a resource for employees on all issues related to human resources. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring leaders' coaching competencies and providing guidance to create a high performance culture; serving as a resource in conflict resolution and employee relations; coordinating and/or conducting leadership training on applicable federal and state employment laws and organizational policies; and driving systemic change in processes and efficiencies, organizational structure, FTE management and job evaluations. Norton Healthcare is a leader in serving adult and pediatric patients from throughout Greater Louisville, Southern Indiana, the commonwealth of Kentucky and beyond. Our not-for-profit hospital and health care system is Louisville's second largest employer, with more than 23,000 employees, over 1,750 employed medical providers and approximately 3,000 total physicians on its medical staff. Our system includes eight hospitals (five in Louisville and three in Indiana) with over 2,000 licensed beds, eight outpatient centers, 18 Norton Immediate Care Centers, eight Norton Prompt Care at Walgreens clinics and an expanded telehealth program. We provide care at more than 430 locations throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Our hospitals provide inpatient and outpatient general care as well as specialty care including heart, neuroscience, cancer, orthopedic, women's and pediatric services. A strong research program provides access to clinical trials in a multitude of areas.
