Data doesn't scare you-in fact, you love using it to make smarter decisions. You pay attention to the details, and if you have a passion for writing or creativity, that's a big plus.

What You'll Do

As our marketing intern, you'll get a front-row seat to real-world campaigns and the chance to make a tangible impact.

• You'll manage and optimize email campaigns across 9 countries.
• Optimize paid campaigns to drive applications and revenue on Jobster.
• Dive into data using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
• You'll support our full-time marketers in areas like Google Ads, automation, and SEO-and even collaborate with Sales and IT.
• Most importantly, you'll be encouraged to bring your own ideas to the table and help turn them into action.

What We Ask

• Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability;
• Throughout your internship, you should still be enrolled at university;
• Don't worry if you're new to online marketing; we'll start with the basics and guide you to success;
• Fluent in English? Fantastic! Both your verbal and written skills will come into play;
• You'll need to be able to reach our office in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands;
• You are interested in international business and online marketing.
