Job Description:



SiviMed Internal Medicine and Primary Care, a leading healthcare provider in Frederick, Maryland, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside one of Marylands highest-rated primary care physician in a supportive and professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, including both sick and well visits.

  • Manage complex cases with a high level of expertise and compassion.

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.

  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in a Primary Care setting.

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.

  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage a patient volume of 15-22 patients per day, depending on the season.

  • Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • No procedures required.

Part-Time Pediatric Neurology Nurse Practitioner (part time)



Location: Bethesda, MD


Schedule: Mon&Fri 8:00am-5:00pm; flexibility on third day (8:00am-5:00pm)


About the Practice



Our practice specializes in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of pediatric neurological conditions. With a patient-centered approach, we provide comprehensive care and advanced diagnostics, EEGs, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage pediatric neurological conditions such as epilepsy, headaches/migraines, developmental delays, neuromuscular disorders, movement disorders, and concussion management.

  • Perform and interpret EEGs in collaboration with the physician.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

  • Educate patients and families on neurological conditions, treatments, and long-term management strategies.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Qualifications

  • Physician Assistant: PA-C certification.

  • Active Maryland license or willingness to obtain.

  • Preferred: Experience in Neurology and/or Pediatrics.

  • Open to stellar new graduates with interest in Neurology

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The salary range for this role is $115,000-$165,000 in base pay and

exclusive of any bonuses

or available benefits(medical, dental, vision, life 401K, paid time off, and/or other wellness programs).The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location and benefits vary by practice.
