If so, where: LTAC Number of beds in facility: 50 Preferred experience level: Any EMR for your facility: Wellsky and Nethealth Scrub colors: Navy Blue Parking Location: Main Parking Lot Required Qualifications Occupational Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 1 year Licenses: OT-CA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed); OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Facility Setting: Outpatient 1-2 years experience Will position be required to float?
