Position Summary


Radiant Logistics is looking for a Customs Brokerage Team Supervisor to lead a high-performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and support smooth cross-border trade operations between the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.


As the Customs Brokerage Team Supervisor, you will assist the Customs House Brokerage Manager (CHB) with supervising a team of 10 customs brokerage professionals, ensuring timely entry processing, excellent customer communication, and compliance with U.S. customs regulations. You'll play a hands-on role in supporting operations while guiding your team to meet performance goals and provide exceptional service.











Key Responsibilities


Assist the CHB Manager with supervising, leading, and coaching a team of 10 to ensure daily operations run smoothly.


Monitor team inbox and ensure prompt, professional email responses.


Clear entries and manage your own desk workload when needed.


Serve as a point of contact for customers, carriers, and international partners.


Ensure compliance with customs laws and internal procedures.


Support the CHB Manager on team performance, audits, and process improvements.


Other duties and assignments as required.


Interaction with U.S. Customs as needed.











Qualifications



3+ years of experience in the customs brokerage industry.


Previous leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal).


Strong understanding of U.S./Mexico and U.S./Canada border processes.


Excellent communication and organizational skills.


Familiarity with Cargowise (preferred).


Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).







Preferred Qualifications



Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.


Experience in transportation or logistics is an asset.

Work Schedule
