General Cardiology group in Missouri is seeking a Physician Assistant for a mix of inpatient and outpatient coverage. This assignment offers schedule flexibility and potential for a long-term role.
Practice Setting
- General Cardiology
- Mix of hospital rounds, consults, and clinic
- Adult patients only
- Strong support from 10 APPs, 20 RNs, and 18 MAs
Schedule
- Only 10 shifts per month
- You choose your coverage dates
- Inpatient and clinic shifts available
- Some weeknights and one weekend call per month
Procedures and Cases
- General Cardiology cases
- Rounding, consults, patient calls, clinic follow-ups
- 19 clinic patients per day; inpatient volume varies
Requirements
- Certified Physician Assistant
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, ABLS required
- 90+ months of experience
- Missouri license or active IMLC LOQ
Credentialing Requirements
- Start as soon as 30-45 days
