Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ABA, ST, OT, PT, and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. We are looking for passionate and highly driven individuals to join our team of Autism Behavior Technicians!. Our mission is to help every person reach their full potential. We are committed to delivering excellent care and helping our clients live the best life possible through reducing challenging behaviors, enhancing functional skills, and improving communication. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.

We are looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team and help support our clients with their behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, be able to follow behavior plans created by a BCBA, and have excellent communication skills. The Behavior Technician will be responsible for providing direct services to clients, and providing feedback to families and other team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others reach their full potential.

Pay: $19- Hour with pay increases built in.
