Primary Function :

As an Inside Sales Representative at Lifeway Mobility, you will be responsible for closing sales opportunities with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
You m ust be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue . You will play a vital role in achieving our sales targets and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Follow up on completed Home Accessibility reviews and estimates to convert to sale .





  • Perform Virtual Evaluations for customers who prefer to avoid the in-home evaluation process .



  • Make 20 sales out of 200 opportunities a month. 100% of opportunities are company provided. Total sales of $90K per month.



  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective customers.





  • Provide customized solutions and recommendations based on client needs.





  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.





  • Continuously monitor and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of leads.





  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.





  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.





  • Processes payments.





  • Be a resource for product knowledge and adept answering client questions.





  • Assist all customers and be willing route to the correct department if necessary.





  • Understand and explain state-specific funding and products.





  • Hand off customer to branch office at the point of scheduling installation.





  • Ability to work remotely, if necessary (with limited supervision), and still maintain targets and goals.



Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in Home Accessibility.





  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.





  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.





  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.





  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.





  • Ability to work remotely, if necessary (with limited supervision), and still maintain targets and goals.





  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required ).



Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Must be able to operate computer for most of workday with appropriate rest periods.
