Job Description:
We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our Wound Care department. This position is open to both experienced NPs and recent or upcoming graduates, including 2025 candidates.
Role Highlights:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime schedule - no weekends, no call.
- Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide patient education on ostomy care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and utilize evidence-based wound care practices.
Certification Requirements:
- Preferred but not required:
- Board Certification
- DEA License
- Wound Care Certification
State License Requirements:
- Active New York State License.
- Knowledge and experience with wound care preferred but not necessary.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $114,430-$123,584 (excludes additional incentives).
