- Call Back Rate: $520/hr.
- Nightly Call: $500 per Nightly Call
- 24hr. weekend call (Sat/Sun): $4000/24hr. On Call
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- Monday - Friday 9-hour shift with an hour lunch with 15-hour call shift overnight.
- Weekend call 24 hours on call
- Need for MI licensed provider to cover the following dates:
- 3/10/25 (7am) 3/17/25 (7am)
- 3/28/25 (7am) 4/1/25 (7am)
- 4/22/25 (7am) 7/25/25 (7am)
Required Procedures:
- Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser), injection of varice, Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Colonoscopy, biopsy, excision of polyp, Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemoretube
- ERCP/EUS preferred not required
