Internal Medicine Physician

Join a vital initiative supporting our nation's Veterans! We are seeking General Medicine Providers to conduct Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments across various locations in Michigan.

This opportunity allows you to work from your own office while contributing to the health and well-being of Veterans. Our practice focuses on preventive care with no prescribing or treatment involved, primarily conducting interview-based evaluations along with minimal physical assessments.

• Conduct one-time, non-treatment Compensation & Pension exams and separation health assessments.
• Perform basic physical assessments as required, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
• Complete required documentation and reports for each assessment.
• Offer evaluations on a PRN basis, with options for both half-day and full-day shifts.
• Engage with clients in a professional manner while overseeing the administrative elements associated with evaluations.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in relevant specialty.
• Active and unrestricted full medical license in Michigan.
• Proficient in METs testing, respiratory, and cardiovascular evaluation.
• Must have access to a laptop (non-Mac/Apple products).
• Background in general medicine preferred, with experience in Compensation and Pension evaluations.

• Current Michigan medical license.
• AANP Certification.
• Willingness to complete DMA training for certification.
