This position may require you to work holidays and weekends stay late, called in early or cover other shifts.

MUST PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS TASKED BY ADMINISTRATION.


MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF PREVIOUS INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE WITH A SINGLE employer within the past 2 years or 1 year of education beyond high school in the maintenance field documented in your work history and/or resume. Additionally, m
ust have REFRIGERATION EXPERIENCE documented as well.


MUST PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS TASKED BY ADMINISTRATION.




Refrigeration Technician


Must be able to perform Mechanical refrigeration, electrical work, troubleshoot, make adjustments and repairs.


Must be able to work safely to ensure proper usage of Ammonia and other equipment/chemicals.



Must have an understanding of industrial ammonia refrigeration operation and functions of control valves.



Must be able to work with devices that are fragile and require precise attention. Understanding of basic shop math and have ability to use precision measuring devices.


Ability to read and understand blueprints, use basic hand and power tools Have an understanding of different types of pumps and their application with the ability to troubleshoot and rebuild devices.


Have an Understanding of basic A C and D C electrical theory and system wiring principles and installation methods


Have minor welding and fabrication ability PLUS an understanding of compressed air systems with ability to troubleshoot and apply maintenance techniques.


Able to tolerate extreme cold, hot, dry and wet environments. Ability to work well and communicate with others in a professional manner.


Must be willing to stand, walk, bend, stretch, turn, climb, push, pull, carry 50 + pounds as needed.


Must be able to pass and maintain a PFT (pulmonary function test) Must be a member of the HAZMAT team.


Must be able to use and train in a SCBA (self-contained breathing apparatus)


Must remain clean shaven at all times.
