Shift
: WEEKEND ONLY 24-HOUR INHOUSE SHIFT, 24-hour in-house shift on weekend only, either Saturday or Sunday, once per month
Description:
- EMR: EPIC
- Average number of cases per day: 15
- Patient Population Mix (% of Peds, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics, Medicare, Medicaid, other): Mix of Adult and Geriatric. Dedicated pediatric anesthesiologist coverage onsite.
- Procedures Required: Standard scope of practice by a General Anesthesiologist, such as nerve blocks and epidurals.
- Includes supervision of CRNAs. Typical ratio is 1:4, but we have an experienced team of CRNAs (teams for peds, OB, and heart)
- The locum will cover the main ORs.
Requirements:
- Board-certified or Board-eligible in Anesthesiology
- IL License Active Required or IMLC LOQ in hand
- IL DEA Active - Required
- BLS (AHA) Certification - Required
