Who We re Looking For:

• You re confident and proficient in Diversified and/or Gonstead adjusting techniques, delivering precise, effective care for a wide range of patients.
• A California X-ray Technician License is a big plus if you have it, let us know!
• You excel at connecting with patients, making them feel heard, respected, and empowered on their wellness journey.
• You bring a positive, coachable attitude and a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt alongside a dynamic team.
• You thrive in a light-hearted, collaborative environment where celebrating wins big or small is part of the daily routine.
• Your communication skills are top-notch, and you know how to explain care plans clearly and compassionately.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments using Diversified and/or Gonstead techniques
• Perform thorough patient assessments, including exams and (if licensed) x-rays
• Build strong relationships with patients, guiding them through their care with empathy and encouragement
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure optimal patient experiences and outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, uplifting workplace culture

Qualifications:

• Active California DC license (required)
• Proficiency in Diversified and/or Gonstead techniques
• X-ray Technician License (preferred, not required)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented, coachable, and eager to celebrate team and individual successes
