Coverage Needs:
Coverage: 15-20 days per month
Starts: July 2025
Schedule: 24-Hour Beeper Call
Call: 30-minute response time
Assignment Details/Requirements:
Requirements: Board Certified in General Surgery, Texas license, clean record
Reason for Coverage: Supplemental
Privileging Timeline: takes 1 week for temps
Required Procedures: Bread and Butter General Surgery
Volume: 5-8 phone consults per shift, 3 patients seen per day, 1 admission per day
Facility Information: Trauma Level 4, 150 beds, 14 bed ED department, 2.5k visits per month, facility is Stroke Certified
