Schedule

Procedures and Cases
- General Family Medicine
- No procedures required
- 15-20 patients per day
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 5 years)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 24 months of experience
Credentialing Requirements
- Credentialing takes approximately 60 days
- Will wait for licensure if needed
