Coverage is needed for Radiation Oncology from June 23, 2025, to September 30, 2025. Physicians are required to document patient contact hours, including call back hours, on their timesheets with supporting notes for each entry. The notes must clearly describe the specific reason for the call back, ensuring that the information can be validated in the event of an audit. Telephone calls and medical record reviews are not considered on-site call back hours. Call back hours submitted should be linked to acceptable occurrences, and all documentation must be thorough to meet audit standards.
