Description: Dieterman Farm Services, located in Marion, MI is a progressive, family-owned business. With a large fleet of trucks, choppers, and manure tanks, we offer custom services to dairy farms, including forage harvesting, tillage, and manure application. Our collaborative team environment encourages learning and growth, and we take pride in maintaining our shop and equipment and delivering high-quality work. We are hiring a Shop Foreman/Mechanic to oversee operations and inventory of a 100x200 shop. In this hands-on, mechanic role, you will lead projects in the shop and in the field including maintenance on semis, choppers, manure tankers, and various other tractors and equipment. You will be leading the operators who support working on equipment in the off-season as well as one part-time technician.
