Position: Neonatal NP Locum Opportunity: Honolulu, Hawaii (HI)

Description:

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in work locum shifts in Honolulu, Hawaii (HI). Starting in May 2025, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Neonatal Nurse Practicioner role:

Highlights:

Shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a, or 24-hour shifts available

Schedule: 36-40 hours/week (flexible)

Duration: ASAP start - 13 weeks with option to extend

Setting: Hospital-based Level III NICU

Credentialing: 30-60 days

Vaccination: COVID + Booster required

Responsibilities Include:

Managing NICU patients, attending high-risk deliveries & C-sections

Performing advanced procedures: intubations, central lines, chest tubes, etc.

No circumcisions required

Requirements of the Neonatal Nurse Practioner role:

HI state license; active, unrestricted (preferred) but willing to wait for license

BLS (AHA), NRP, and NNP Certification
