Description: Job descriptionJob Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Locum Tenens)Location: Covington, GeorgiaContract Length: 13 Weeks (June 23, 2025 September 20, 2025)Employment Type: Travel / Locum TenensPay Range: $38-$48 per hourShift: 8-Hour Day ShiftsGuaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (with expectation to work up to 40 hours/week)Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Covington, Georgia. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in orthopedic care environments and are seeking valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative outpatient setting. New graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply!Key Responsibilities:Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy treatment to patients with orthopedic conditionsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practicesMaintain a productivity standard of 60 visits per weekTreat 1214 patients per day with double-booked follow-up appointments as neededAccurately document patient progress in accordance with clinical protocolsCollaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomesQualifications:Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain)Outpatient orthopedic experience preferredNew graduates and first-time travelers welcomeMust commit to the full contract durationMust be willing to float to nearby clinic locations if neededAdditional Details:No on-call or weekend shifts requiredOvertime (OT) must be pre-approved by clinic directorOT rates apply after 24 daily or 40 weekly hours (based on multiplier)Why Covington?Nestled just outside of Atlanta, Covington blends historic southern charm with modern convenience.
