Mon, Tue- 8:00a-4:30p w/ 30 min lunch

The Family Medicine role:

Employee Health clinic seeing employees and family members

Possible all ages- Mostly Adults

health center that sees both occupational health and primary care in a corporate environment

Requirements of the Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner role:

IL state license; active, unrestricted

Board Certified

Certification- BLS

1 Year of NP/PA Family Medicine experience
