Family Medicine Nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant: In Bend, Oregon

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Bend, Oregon, (OR). Starting in June 2025- Sept 2025, the role offers 4 x10's.

The Family Medicine role:

Employee Health clinic seeing employees and family members for County facility- Must be willing to also float about 4 hours per week to the Juvenile Detention Center to see detained juveniles for simple medical complaints and required physical examination

Dates- 6/16/25 - 9/08/25, 4-10hour days, (Tues-Fri) w/ 60-min lunch (12p-1p) daily AND alternate the 1st and 3rd Sat mornings from 7a-12p.

Ages 2 and up

EMR- EPIC

Requirements of the Family Medicine role:

OR state license; active, unrestricted

Board Certified

2-3 years of NP/PA Family Medicine experience

Highly prefer local provider- no travel
