- 24-hour shifts from 8am - 8am, flexible scheduling for 12 or 24-hour shifts
- ER sees 5 - 10 patients per 24 hours, maximum 4 hospital patients
- Critical access facility in rural setting
- MD backup available 24/7 with support staff from outpatient side
- EMR: Cerner
- Split role primarily ER coverage with morning hospital rounds
- Solo APP coverage with support available when needed
