In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to recruit top talent for professional and executive positions within the agricultural industry. Your time will be divided between sourcing passive candidates, conducting interviews, and leading client meetings to ensure a seamless hiring process. Our team takes pride in working on exclusive contracts, representing our clients under their company name throughout the search. As their trusted strategic advisor, you will play a key role in shaping their workforce and driving success. Our clients rely on our deep industry expertise; we exclusively consider candidates with diverse experience in agriculture, horticulture or food processing. Prior recruitment experience is not required as we offer a comprehensive and structured internal training program to equip you with the best strategies for success.
